Service & Support
Our service and support team performs installations and service on all our products. Offering local service and support is of course given and is conducted in our workshop in Uppsala or at our customers´ sites. With a continuous product education we can guarantee a high standard of our service and it is, in some parts, unique in Scandinavia, for example our service capability on Germanium detectors.
Our team work closely in collaboration with our R&D department, which gives us the possibility to systemise and produce tailor made solutions for our customers.
